Jon T. Bradley is a Colorado native, born in Denver, Colorado. He attended Colorado College as a Boettcher scholar and graduated magna cum laude in 1977. He went on to study at the University of Denver College of Law and received his J.D. degree in 1980. He immediately went into the private practice of law as a trial lawyer and transactional lawyer.

Jerald J. Devitt was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and attended South Dakota State University, receiving a degree in mechanical engineering in 1965, and Georgetown University Law Center, where he was editor of the Georgetown International Law Journal. Mr. Devitt received his law degree in 1971. Mr. Devitt has been a Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Government Affairs Chairman with the Golden Chamber of Commerce. He is presently a board member and Chairman of the Board of the Foothills Art Center in Golden.

Attorney Andrew D. Haas was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1995. As an experienced lawyer, he maintains a diverse practice in the areas of family law and personal injury. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1995 and maintains a diverse practice in all aspects of domestic relations/family law and plaintiff personal injury. Andrew earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City in 1993. Andrew also earned a Master of Social Work degree from Adelphi University in 1990.

Steven W. Watkins received his J.D. from the University of North Dakota in 1996. At the University of North Dakota he was a member of the Law Review and published an article in 1996 entitled Congressional Attempts to Amend the Clean Water Act: American Wetlands Under Attack.

David A. Strom was born in Brooklyn, New York. He attended Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He received his law degree from Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Mr. Strom was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1996 and practices in the areas of criminal law and bankruptcy.

John W. Overholser is in our Montrose Office. Both his undergraduate and law degrees are from the University of Colorado in Boulder. He has practiced law in Montrose since 1962, except for a short break from December, 2007, until September, 2009, when he did some travelling and spent extra time with his family. Mr. Overholser has four grown children, four grandchildren and even a new great granddaughter.

Leslie M. German was born in Aurora, Illinois. She attended Carroll University in Wisconsin where she received her B.S. in Business and graduated magna cum laude. Ms. German received her J.D. from Phoenix School of Law and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado – Denver.
