Jon Bradley – Arbitrator

Over the last decade I have immensely enjoyed acting as a mediator on many cases. I've decided to expand my practice in the field of ADR and am pleased to announce that I have been accepted as a panelist in civil litigation for the American Arbitration Association. I have completed their training and am looking forward to acting as an arbitrator. Arbitration is a very effective alternative to litigation on many occasions. The greatest advantage of arbitration over litigation is that the parties will have a final determination regarding the dispute in a reasonable time frame. One of the greatest frustrations clients have is that litigation is so ponderous and time-consuming. Additionally, even if the clients are successful in the litigation, appeals can significantly delay any finality to the resolution of the dispute. Further, even with the costs of the arbitration proceeding, the overall expenses to the clients can be dramatically reduced.  I am excited to advance on this new aspect of my legal career and bring my years of experience and expertise to bear in assisting parties in resolving their disputes.
