John W. Overholser

John W. Overholser is in our Montrose Office. Both his undergraduate and law degrees are from the University of Colorado in Boulder. He has practiced law in Montrose since 1962, except for a short break from December, 2007, until September, 2009, when he did some travelling and spent extra time with his family. Mr. Overholser has four grown children, four grandchildren and even a new great granddaughter.

The emphasis of his practice is transactional in the areas of real estate, real estate development, wills, trusts, estate administration and business organizations. Mr. Overholser has been active in civic affairs throughout his career, serving on a number of Boards and Committees. John is also past President of the Montrose Community Foundation. His principal interests are his family, community and golf.
